The Death of Daskar

I did this for a contest on Terrouge [link]
The contest was to depict a battle scene from the Redwall books. I chose a scene from The Legend of Luke. One of my favs when I was younger.
it was a late entry so I rushed it slightly (deadline was today and I started today)
It' not my usual style but I kinda like the sketchyness of it. Gave it a bit more life.

"Luke the Warrior pressed his face close to that of his mortal enemy, crushing him tighter and whispering, 'Cowards die a thousand times, a warrior dies only once. The spirits of all you have slain are watching you, Vilu Daskar, and they will rest in peace now that your time has come. You must die as you have lived, a coward to the last!'"

Just to give some background for those who know nothing of redwall.
Luke is the mouse, his wife was murdered by Vilu Daskar and his crew.
Vilu Daskar is the master of a gigantic red slave ship named Gorleech (he's the stoat).
